Professional Installation
Once your deposit is placed, we begin creating your custom-fit lighting system. We provide the commercial-grade lights, custom fit them to your property, and professionally install everything within 7 days of your deposit, including an automatic dusk-to-dawn timer.

Maintenance All Season
Maintenance and bulb replacement are included all season. If a bulb or section goes out, just let us know and we’ll come out and repair it within 36 hours, at no additional cost.

January Takedown & Storage
You rent the lights from us, so there’s nothing for you to buy, pack away or store. After the holidays, we take everything down, label and organize your custom lighting system, and store it for you until next season.

No. OutWest provides the commercial-grade lighting system as part of the seasonal service. We handle the design, installation, maintenance, takedown and storage.
What happens if a bulb or section goes out?
Season-long maintenance is included, and lighting issues are repaired within 36 hours.
Are the lights taken down after Christmas?
Yes. January takedown is included.
Do you store the lights?
Yes. OutWest labels and stores the lighting system for the following season.
Do the lights turn on by themselves?
Yes. Every display includes a professional dusk-to-dawn photocell timer, so it turns on at dusk and off at dawn automatically.
Is the custom mockup free?
Yes. There is no obligation, and you get your mockup the same day.
Do you install customer-owned lights?
Our primary service uses OutWest's professional commercial-grade lighting systems so we can stand behind the fit, appearance and service quality.
Can I do everything over the phone?
Yes. In most cases the design and sales process can be handled remotely. OutWest can create a custom mockup for your home, review options with you by phone or text, collect your deposit and schedule installation without requiring an in-person consultation.
